1.1 Definitions

2.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

If a person is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any earned bonuses will be cancelled. The return of any balance in such cases will remain at 77br's discretion.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at 77br receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be used only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified period from the date the bonus is activated.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

4.3 Grounds for Bonus Cancellation

• Evidence of multiple account usage is found.

• Wagering requirements are not met within the specified time.
• Any clause of the Terms is violated.

8.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request to close their account at any time. In such cases, the remaining balance (subject to wagering requirements being met) may be withdrawn. The request may take up to a maximum number of business days to be completed.

8.2 Closure by 77br

77br may unilaterally close an account in the following circumstances:

• Serious violation of the Terms.
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Opening an account with false information.
• No activity on the account for an extended period of time (inactive account).
